We automate periodic inspections and serial inspections in order to be able to offer a low price. In addition, we achieve a high level of consistency through automated X-ray inspection.

Thus, your X-rays of recurring exams are comparable to images taken a long time ago.

Test objects are usually attached to a specific holder. The object is then moved via a multi-axis manipulator to the appropriate inspection site and an X-ray image is taken and saved.

Quantities of 100, 1000 or 100000 parts are no problem for us. On request, the parts can be sorted, marked and serial numbers assigned. You will receive meaningful lists according to customer requirements, Q-maps or just a box of IO parts and a box of NIO parts.
