We regularly carry out rim inspections for motorsport and support the teams in being safe on the racetrack. In some cases, it is even possible to leave the tire on the rim.  

Our services include rim inspections for renowned manufacturers, but also for private customers who want to X-ray their alloy wheels. We check for cracks and cavities, check the rim base during rotation and carefully check the spokes.

Series tests are carried out semi-automatically, while the evaluation is always carried out manually. On request, a concentricity test can be carried out by our partner (rim manufacturer). 

You will then receive a comprehensive test report as well as the complete image material.
